What are your working hours?

Virtual Gigi’s business hours are available here:

  • Monday - 1:30-4pm

  • Tuesday - Closed

  • Wednesday - Closed

  • Thursday - 9:30-3pm and 4:30-7pm

  • Friday - 9:30- 2:30pm

  • Saturday - 2-5:30pm

  • Sunday - Closed

A business day is considered any above listed day other than a Sunday or Public Bank Holiday in England.

Additional support can be agreed upon at an additional cost and when agreed upon by the supplier.

Billable time refers to all work executed in relation to the agreed project or package.

Why do I need to pay upfront?

This is common practice in the virtual assistance world:

  • It guarantees our time over the month for tasks that you need sorting.

  • Allows you to plan ahead - no surprise costs.

    *Unused hours cannot be taken over into the following month.

    *One month notice is required for cancellations.
